You CAN Sleep Better - (a multiple resources program)
This program comprises instructions for use as well as a written manual and audio material including author readings of the manual. The program includes audio hypnosis files that should not be used/listened to when driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires full attention. Additionally, if you suffer from epilepsy or take strong mind altering drugs, do not use the audio hypnosis components of this program without prior clearance from your doctor. The hypnosis audio material includes several short sleep inducing files, with one singled out as the "main sleep inducing audio' simply because clients advised me they felt it was the most effective. However, there are several others in the program that you can use of you prefer, and of course, you can combine two or more files together if you want. If you find you do not get the results you want from simply using the sleep inducing audio, I suggest reading the full manual (or listen to my reading of it) and then using the longer hypnosis audio program in Folder 3 (Hypnosis program to reprogram healthy sleep). You CAN Lose Weight (a multiple resources program)
This program is quite extensive but has delivered desired results for several clients including some referred by medical doctors. The program comprises a welcome and introduction video (with some very ordinary skin colouration attributable - I hope - to the video recording and editing of the time) and a recording of a discussion regarding nutrition tips with Gold Coast Naturopath Trudy Brooke. This first folder also contains a 46-page user's manual that I recommend you really must read before listening to any of the audio files in Folder 2. The files in Folder 2 are the audio hypnosis files for the program - there are six of them to be used consecutively over a six-week period. The program uses what is called the Virtual Intra Gastric balloon technique, which I developed. Essentially it is based on a medical procedure known as the Orbea Balloon, which involves inserting via mount a silicon balloon into a patients stomach and then 'inflating' it with saline solution which fills the stomach volume and triggers (early) release of leptin and other body chemicals that tell the brain when you have eaten sufficient food. My program uses hypnosis to provide strong imagery the balloon exists in the stomach and that you will eat less than usual before feeling satisfied. I'll leave it to you to get the full story from reading the program manual. This program contains a collection of work done over several years and is designed to assist people enhance both their personal and business relationships by broadening their understandings of a range of phenomena present in all relationships. The program comprises a welcome, a folder of relaxation audio files, and various other video and audio programs covering conflict resolution, coping strategies, advanced communications skills, personality in relationships, ego in relationships Transactional Analysis and relationship enhancement using a model from the world of Neuro Linguistic Programming, more commonly known as NLP.
